Welcome! 

My name is Elle Painter. I grew up in northwest Florida. I graduated from college with a teaching degree from the University of West Florida. I then moved to North Carolina where I taught 2nd and 3rd grade. I got married and took a nine year sabbatical to raise my children. When my youngest started school I joined Piedmont as a teacher assistant in third grade. During the three years of being a TA, I worked to get my North Carolina Teacher’s license reinstated. And here I am!
