How to Apply

Parents interested in enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year are encouraged to watch a Parent Informational Meeting. Upon review of the informational meeting, families are encouraged to apply.

We also encourage prospective families to view our 2021-22 Enrollment Lottery Process Presentation

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, these meetings cannot take place in person.  However, Jennifer Killen, Head of School will post a meeting on January 26th on our facebook page and will be linked here to watch in the future or to share with other families considering Piedmont as an option.

New Student Lottery Application

New student lottery applications will be accepted beginning January 4th, 2021 continuing through March 30th at 3:00pm. If there are more applications for a grade than there are seats available, a lottery will be held to fill vacant seats in that grade. After seats are filled, the drawing will continue to determine the order of a waiting list. Applications received after March 30th at 3:00pm will be considered if space is available or added to the waiting list if classes are full. Current year waiting lists dissolve when the next enrollment period begins.

Lottery Date
The lottery will be March 31st at  6:00pm. and will be streamed live.  The link to the lottery will be posted on our facebook page and posted on the homepage of our website.

All current students at PCCS will be automatically enrolled for the 2021-2022 school year, unless you notify a registrar otherwise.  Siblings of currently enrolled students at PCCS who wish to apply for the sibling lottery should follow these steps:
