Hi! My name is Stacy Sams and I am the new STEM teacher at the Middle School. Though I am new to Piedmont Community Charter, this actually starts my 30th year in education. Previously I worked for Gaston County Schools as a Deaf & Hard of Hearing teacher for 12 years, a Career & Tech Ed (CTE) Business and Technology Education teacher in high school for 14 years and also worked in the Gaston County Schools CTE office as an Instructional Management Coordinator for almost 3 years.

When I am not teaching, then I am at home enjoying being with my son or out watching him play soccer. I have one dog as well that I love spending time with.
